Moscow, 18 September (Novy Region, Arina Morokova): Some provisions of the draft bill on state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation is in conflict with the Constitution and the Civil Code of the RF, said Yulia Mikhalycheva, CEO of law firm Padva & Epstein.
